All wood-based panels for use in construction should comply with BS EN 13986 and preferably be CE marked. From July 2013, CE marking will be mandatory across Europe. Although temporary works, such as formworks, are excluded from the Construction Products Regulations, the use of CE marked structural panels is still preferable in order to achieve a consistent level of performance.
